There's something natural about working with Nate that didn't make the process feel like a transaction, but instead made it feel like he was welcoming us to town. Nate was patient as we searched for a home in Mammoth and knowledgable about the town and different neighborhoods. He worked with our schedule, and was very responsive throughout the process. He guided us through closing, answering numerous questions, all with an upbeat, positive attitude. If there was something Nate didn't know he found out and responded quickly.
